Open Mind Health is a nationwide virtual behavioral health organization providing psychotherapy, psychiatry, and related services across the United States. The Client Liaison Representative role focuses on scheduling, insurance readiness, and seamless communication to keep clients informed and supported in their care.

This remote, full-time position reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and requires a US location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or customer support experience.
• Behavioral health or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace required.
• Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and returning client appointments.
• Support recurring appointment coordination and continuity of care.
• Verify insurance eligibility and authorization status
• Collect and document required intake and payment information
• Follow up regarding missed appointments, incomplete documentation, and scheduling needs
• Maintain accurate information within CRM and EHR systems
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and payer representatives
• Escalate concerns appropriately and collaborate with internal teams as needed
