• Handle clinical administrative needs like medication authorizations.
• Collaborate with the Client Care, Billing, and Intake Teams for efficient care.
• Help clients navigate the healthcare system and resolve concerns.
• Track client progress and conduct follow-ups.

Communication skills

Experience in medical/mental health office

Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems

Experience with Excel and Word

Ability to work in a team

Understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding
