As aRemote Client Success Specialist, you’ll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through enrollment and ongoing service.
Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

Answer questions clearly, professionally, and promptly
Provide personalized guidance based on individual needs
Build positive, long-term client relationships

Once appropriately licensed, you’ll help clients understand available financial protection options.
