Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote role focused on helping clients explore supplemental benefit options and enroll them efficiently. You’ll conduct virtual consultations, leverage inbound leads, and receive structured mentorship to grow from anywhere in the U.S.

This 100% remote, independent-contractor opportunity provides training, licensing support, and potential for earnings growth through renewals and bonuses, with performance-based pay and equity opportunities for qualifying

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable using virtual meeting tools (Zoom) and standard digital tools.
• Self-m-driven, organized, able to work independently.
• Ability to obtain state licenses for Life & Health Insurance (if applicable).
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom.
• Explain supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally.
• Assist clients through enrollment with a service-first approach.
• Engage in ongoing mentorship, development, and team training.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage follow-ups.
