You will meet clients virtually via Zoom, build lasting relationships, and grow through structured training and licensing support. Inbound leads and a performance-based pay structure offer growth without cold calling.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and people skills are essential.
• Being organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Familiarity with virtual meetings and digital tools helps.
• Customer service background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service.
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss needs.
