AO Globe Life offers a fully remote, contractor position focused on client consultations and enrollment in supplemental benefits. You’ll work with inbound leads, receive weekly pay, and have opportunities for equity and professional growth while maintaining a people-first service approach.

Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided, with licensing requirements varying by state. Flexibility and a performance-driven culture are emphasized throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual client conversations.
• Comfort with Zoom and common digital tools; reliable internet and a Windows PC.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently and remotely.
• Willingness to obtain required Life & Health Insurance licenses where applicable.
• U.S. work authorization; prior customer service helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom.
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs.
• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Engage in mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Provide attentive, client-first service and build long-term relationships.
• Accurately handle documentation and follow-ups.
