Inbound leads and ongoing mentorship support foster career growth in a service-driven environment. Compensation is commission-based with licensing guidance, full training, and opportunities for renewal-based income growth.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Comfort with virtual tools and video meetings.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required.
• Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training.
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up.
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs.
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions.
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Build lasting client relationships.
