AO Globe Life is seeking dedicated, people-focused Remote Client Support Specialists to help individuals across the United States understand and access important benefit programs from home. You will meet virtually with clients who have expressed interest in options, with no cold calling or door-to-door outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to build rapport via virtual interactions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and accountable when working remotely.
• Comfort using Zoom, email, and client-management tools.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in customer service is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with individuals across the U.S.
• Listen to client needs and identify suitable benefit programs.
• Explain options clearly and professionally.
• Guide clients through enrollment from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate digital records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide continued support after enrollment to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration.
