Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications, or anyone who thrives in a service-focused, people-centered environment.

Training, inbound client interest, and mentoring support you as you grow from anywhere in the U.S. You will conduct virtual consultations, help clients select supplemental benefits, and assist with enrollment from start to finish, while building strong client relationships and delivering

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide own computer with webcam and reliable high-speed internet.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the Life & Health Insurance license before conducting licensed activities.
• Complete pre-licensing coursework and state licensing requirements.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom.
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication.
• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development.
• Guide individuals through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Build lasting client relationships and support enrollment end-to-end.
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions.
