Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Coordinator for a 100% remote role, with a preference for candidates near Seattle, WA. You will work with the Client Executive/Client Manager to service client benefit programs and day-to-day account needs.

The role involves client management, enrollment support, data processing, and coordinating open enrollment while maintaining accurate records. A strong MS Office skillset and two+ years in benefits are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years’ experience with a benefits consulting or brokerage firm or comparable insurance carrier/TPA.
• General knowledge of employee benefits coverages and services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client management and coordination with CE/CM to service accounts.
• Prepare materials for client meetings (agendas, reports, presentations).
• Process BORs, update systems, client portals, and prep invoices.
• Support open enrollment with materials, onsite/virtual meetings, and health fairs.
• Resolve client and employee issues regarding bills and claims.
• Build relationships and collaborate effectively to meet goals.
• Maintain workflow logs and update benefits information in systems.
• Stay informed on industry developments and product changes.
