Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Client Manager to serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for employee benefits clients. You will collaborate with Client Executives, carriers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service throughout enrollment, billing, and compliance processes.

The role requires knowledge of COBRA, benefits administration, and government reporting, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits account management experience.
• Experience with COBRA, enrollment, billing, and compliance.
• Licenses: Georgia or Indiana Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and prepare employee communications.
• Maintain client and benefits plan information in EPIC's CRM system.
• Resolve enrollment, eligibility, and basic claims issues; coordinate escalated claims with the claims department.
