Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is hiring a Client Manager to support executives in managing large group employer clients. You will handle data, enrollment, billing, and benefits programs across multiple lines of coverage, coordinating with carriers and vendors for smooth, compliant service.

The role requires a Life & Health license, strong communication, and the ability to balance competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits account management experience with a brokerage, consulting firm, insurance carrier, TPA, or related organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of service
• Strong professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Analytics: Collect and maintain client data in designated operating systems.
• Data exchange: Manage the exchange of data with clients and vendors as necessary.
• Analytics requests: Manage data analytics requests from clients.
• Financial oversight: Maintain understanding of client financials relative to claims and costs.
• Vendor coordination: Coordinate with vendors for timely implementations and renewals.
• Contract review: Ensure timely review and execution of vendor contracts.
• Vendor management: Track notes and follow up for timely data and responses.
• RA/SPDs review: Review vendor plan documents for accuracy.
• Issue troubleshooting: Troubleshoot administration, billing, claims issues.
• RFP processes: Manage RFPs and prepare presentations for client review
