Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Coordinator to support client executives and managers with maintaining employee benefits programs. Remote position preferred for candidates in the United States.

The role involves client service, meeting preparation, data reporting, enrollment support, and handling billing inquiries while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of coverages and services regarding Employee Benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Prefer two or more years’ experience with a benefits consulting or brokerage firm or comparable experience with an insurance carrier or TPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client management and service of accounts.
• Prepare materials for client meetings (agendas, reporting, presentations).
• Process BORs, update internal systems and client portals, and prepare invoices.
• Contribute to reports (5500 filings, audits, benchmarking, analytics).
• Provide open enrollment support with communication materials, meetings, and health fairs.
• Resolve client and employee issues regarding bills and claims.
• Build relationships and collaborate with CE/CM.
