Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Concord, CA is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Coordinator to support the Client Executive and Client Manager in maintaining a client’s employee benefits program and daily service needs.

Responsibilities include gathering census data, preparing benefits spreadsheets, coordinating open enrollments, generating guides and cards, updating client HR portals, and processing invoices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Account Representative or Client Service.
• Experience with benefits consulting or brokerage firm, or corporate HR department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist CE/CM in collecting data to prepare RFPs and marketing spreadsheets.
• Draft open enrollment communications and materials; support enrollments and health fairs.
• Collect contracts, experience data, 5500 information, and other data for client servicing.
• Process BORs, update internal systems, and prepare invoices; resolve billing and claims issues.
• Provide administrative support to service teams for new and existing clients.
