Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated industry (finance, healthcare, government, defense).
• Ability to travel up to 5% for team meetings and client visits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research client requests using support tools and documentation.
• Investigate client questions on compliance topics and provide high-quality responses.
• Monitor requests via cases and emails and resolve per service levels.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure quality and delivery of information.
• Contribute to Jack Henry’s client assurance strategy and its ongoing management.
• Evaluate and address gaps in the client assurance program with leadership guidance.
• Maintain and update internal procedures and client-facing documentation.
• Create and review educational resources for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry, regulatory, and due diligence requirements.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
