Responsibilities

• Research client requests using available tools and resources.
• Explore and document compliance topics to improve client assurance service.
• Monitor cases and emails against service level standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize information provided to clients.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Jack Henry's client assurance strategy.
• Review and update internal and client‑facing documentation regularly.
• Create educational resources for internal and external stakeholders.
