Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking a Client Advisor to support strategic clients within our transportation practice. This role is part of Marsh’s US Affinity organization and will support a broad commercial client base, including delivery and logistics providers and transportation-related businesses.

The successful candidate will bring insurance and client management experience to help drive client growth, improve risk outcomes, and strengthen trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Insurance industry experience required (underwriting, brokerage, commercial lines, product management, or client management).
• 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships, preferably in transportation or commercial insurance.
• Strong project management and program execution skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Affinity clients and help ensure insurance programs deliver value through risk mitigation, operational resilience, and business impact.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and manage escalated issues promptly to support retention and satisfaction.
• Apply knowledge of commercial risks and products to support client strategy and program design.
• Lead end-to-end program and project execution for assigned accounts, including scoping, planning, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and renewal.
• Work with sales, servicing, compliance, legal, marketing, placement, claims, technology, and other teams to meet revenue and client service goals.
