Job summary

Club Capital LLC is seeking a Client Advisor to provide exceptional customer experience to small business owners. You will manage a portfolio, review monthly financials, and offer controller and CFO advisory services.

You’ll coordinate monthly accounting, financial reporting, and collaborate with Tax and Client Experience teams. You will act as a trusted advisor across accounting and finance, maintaining regular email, chat, and Zoom communication with clients, and growing your advisory services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (bookkeeping, public accounting, or small business accounting).
• Bachelor’s or Master's in Accounting or Business or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
• Strong deadlines-focused and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert and first point of contact for clients.
• Prepare financial statements to support client decision-making.
• Lead and oversee monthly accounting for client portfolio and month-end close.
• Prepare budgets and revenue targets with clients.
• Conduct Growth Sessions to review performance and adjust budgets.
• Handle payroll questions and provide first-level troubleshooting.
• Deliver expert guidance to delight clients and support success.
• Manage workload to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders on performance expectations.
• Collaborate across teams to keep client status informed.
