Job summary

Cardone Ventures is seeking a Staff Accountant who will work directly with clients to provide financial support, deliver accurate reporting, and help owners understand their financial picture. This client-facing role requires interaction with bookkeepers and clients to ensure timely, clear statements each period.

You will build advisory relationships, manage a full book of business, complete month-end close for multiple clients by the 15th, reconcile bank and general ledgers, and proactively

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent business experience.
• At least 4 years’ progressively responsible experience in Accounting and Financial management practices.

Responsibilities

• Close the books for each client by the 15th of the following month.
• Explain financial statements to clients and help them use them for decision-making.
• Independently manage a full book of business and be the main client contact.
• Maintain bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Flag issues early and propose solutions to avoid missed deadlines.
