Job summary

1-800Accountant seeks a client-focused Business Tax Advisor to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of small business clients in a remote setting. You will provide tax advisory and compliance services across LLCs and sole proprietors, leveraging proprietary portals and remote communication tools.

Responsibilites include preparing and reviewing returns, coordinating with bookkeeping and payroll, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN: Must possess and maintain an active PTIN.
• Tax returns: Experience preparing Schedule C, 1120s, 1120S, 1065 for small businesses and individuals.
• Proficient with professional tax software and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance guidance to 500+ small business clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings via phone/video to deliver guidance.
• Manage client information and document all interactions using the company portal.
