• Extensive experience in Sales / Business Development, ideally selling to US clients.
• Active LinkedIn account with a strong network for outreach.
• Clear, professional written English for emails and proposals.
• Proven ability to track and manage leads through a pipeline.
• Available 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST.
• Reliable power and internet backup.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research US companies hiring Salesforce, SFMC, MarTech, MuleSoft and AI consultants.
• Run outreach through LinkedIn, email and follow-ups; write messages that get replies.
• Track leads and conversations in the CRM; keep the pipeline current daily.
• Qualify requirements: role, skills, onshore/offshore, duration, budget, start date.
• Position BuildHippo and vetted consultants in client conversations.
• Coordinate with recruiting to line up matched consultants quickly.
• Follow up after placement to grow the account with more consultants.
• Report pipeline and results weekly.
