7Figures is a fast-growing agency delivering digital marketing services to medical and legal practices. We’re seeking a Full-Time Client Account Manager to own client relationships, drive strategy, and oversee campaigns end-to-end from a remote location.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30–50+ client accounts as the main point of contact
• Lead client support and strategy calls
• Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations
• Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack
