Job summary

ERGO NEXT Insurance is seeking a senior Training & Content Specialist to develop and deliver Claims Department training while supporting hands-on claim handling during training downtime. This role is full-time with a hybrid work model in the Claims Department.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of claim handling experience across Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Professional Liability, plus 3+ years in training program development. Bachelor's degree required, CPCU/IIA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claim handling experience in Commercial Auto, General Liability, Professional Liability.
• 3+ years experience in training program development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, training, or communications.
• Insurance coursework (CPCU, IIA) preferred.
