Job summary

ERGO NEXT is seeking a full-time, hybrid Training and Claims Specialist to deliver training and develop content for the Claims Department. The role also supports claim handling during training downtime, with flexibility to take on administrative duties and handle claim files as needed.

A strong background in commercial auto, general liability, and professional liability claims is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of claim handling experience and 3+ years in training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claim handling experience in Commercial Auto, General Liability, Professional Liability.
• 3+ years experience in training program development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Insurance coursework (e.g., CPCU, IIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of Claims Department training curriculum.
• Plan, prioritize and identify training needs for new projects, initiatives and change, including preparation of communication tools.
• Deliver training sessions to the Claims department on policies, procedures and Best Practices.
• Create and maintain training content, job aids, and reference materials for the Claims team.
• Partner with Claims Leadership to meet department objectives and goals.
• Lead people to change, mentor, and share expertise.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions to improve employee performance.
• Provide administrative support during training downtime and handle claim files if needed.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the claims industry.
