Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a detail-oriented supervisor to oversee multiple teams of examiners and technical staff handling liability claims for clients. You will monitor workloads, provide training, and ensure accurate examiner reports and timely diary entries.

Responsibilities include identifying trends, guiding process improvements, reviewing reserves on high-cost claims, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring licensing and compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including two (2) years claims supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims; monitors workloads and provides training.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Performs quality reviews on claims in accordance with audits and standards.
• Maintains client relations and ensures proper licensing and documentation across jurisdictions.
