Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead - General Liability to supervise multiple examiner teams and staff, overseeing liability claims for clients across all states. You will monitor workloads, provide training, and ensure accurate adjudication with strong attention to regulatory licensing and documentation.

The role requires licensed jurisdiction knowledge, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and 6 years of claims experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification in claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff for liability claims.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and ensures timely adjudication.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports.
• Reviews claims data and maintains client relationships.
• Ensures licensing compliance across serviced jurisdictions.
• Maintains documentation and supports quality programs.
