Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; licenses as required; professional certifications as applicable to line of business.
• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including two (2) years claims supervisor experience.
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines; strong communication, leadership and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff across products; manages workload and performance.
• Identifies trends and advises management; drives continuous process improvement and coordinates with office projects.
• Provides technical direction on examiner reports and claim adjudication.
• Compiles reviews of management reports and takes appropriate action.
• Performs quality reviews and ensures proper licensing and documentation of claims files.
