Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Supervisor to oversee multiple examiner teams handling liability claims for clients. You will monitor workloads, provide training, and guide examiner reports while maintaining a diary on complex or high-exposure claims.

Responsibilities include identifying trends, proposing improvements, and ensuring claims are properly coded and documented. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience with two years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses/certifications as applicable to line of business favored.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff.
• Monitors workloads and provides training and guidance.
• Provides technical direction on examiner reports and claims adjudication.
• Reviews management reports and takes corrective actions.
• Performs quality reviews to meet audit and contractual standards.
• Acts as second level of appeal for client issues and dispositions.
