Vaya Partners is seeking a Claims System Manager to provide strategic leadership for the claims management system, guiding a team of analysts and coordinating with cross-functional groups. Remote option with emphasis on North Carolina Medicaid compliance and regulatory alignment.

You will oversee BRDs, vendor contracts, and service desk operations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced ISD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in management of data systems with claims focus.
• Experience leading medium to large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid rules and North Carolina Medicaid laws.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staff and vendors responsible for system configuration, development, and support.
• Manage BRDs, vendor contracts, and service desk ticket resolution.
• Escalate risks and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Define and implement strategic roadmaps for the claims management system.
