Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years related claims experience with active litigation management.
• Appropriate licensing in all states handling claims (TX, FL, GA, NY).
• Knowledge of industry standards and claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims (160 files).
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve claims processes.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to serve clients.
