Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster for a fully remote role. You will investigate and resolve complex General Liability claims, collaborate with clients, and ensure timely, accurate documentation while maintaining unwavering customer service and compliance with policies.

The role requires 5+ years of claims experience and appropriate licensing across handling states, with a focus on providing empathetic service and effective claim resolution in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Interact with clients and third parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients with empathy throughout the claims process.
• Document claims activity timely and accurately to support claim outcomes.
