Job summary

Chilewich in the United States is seeking a Claims, Returns & Reconciliation Analyst to review, analyze, and resolve product claims and some returns while supporting account reconciliation and financial activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work with large data sets to identify discrepancies and trends.

Textile industry exposure and familiarity with account reconciliation are preferred.

Qualifications

• College-level education or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience entering transactions in an ERP or claims system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data sets and identify insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and PivotTables.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process product claims and some returns, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Review claim information for completeness; obtain missing data when needed.
• Research and analyze data across divisions to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Collaborate with technical teams to determine claim validity and resolution.
• Enter replacement orders, credits, and RAs in systems as appropriate.
• Coordinate with accounting for reconciliation activities and resale certificates.
• Maintain documentation and tracking of claims and resolutions.
