Job summary

Engineered Floors in Georgia is seeking a Claims Analyst to address and resolve account reconciliation issues, and to work with warranty data, inspection reports, and dealer input to determine appropriate actions.

You will establish relationships with internal teams and external partners, handle chargebacks and disputed invoices, assist credit, coordinate with quality control for defects, and manage returns with dealers, carriers, or warehouses to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of carpet claims experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the carpet manufacturing process preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Knowledge of Customer Service functions as it pertains to claim resolution.
• Proficient and accuracy with computers, AS400 system, Word, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with carrier and dealers regarding damaged or lost freight claims.
