Job summary

Ubique Group, a digital-forward furniture company, is seeking a Customer Assurance Specialist to deliver outstanding service to customers and dealers. You will resolve post-shipment damages and issues, manage CRM cases, and collaborate with internal teams to drive timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and data-analysis skills, plus experience with CRM systems. This is a full-time on-site role supporting our Georgia operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and dealers.
• Resolve high-priority damages, defects, or carrier issues post-shipment.
• Maintain case queues and close claims within set time frames.
• Communicate proactively with customers/dealers via email and phone.
