Nautilus Insurance Group is seeking a seasoned Claims Manager to lead the claims staff across examiner levels and ensure professional leadership and sound decision-making. The role may be based in Scottsdale or remote for the right candidate.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, performance reviews and file audits, while controlling expenses and driving department results in a dynamic, regulation-driven environment.

Competenze

• Must have at least twelve (12) years of insurance experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Guidewire ClaimsCenter experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or related experience.
• CPCU, AIC or related insurance classes preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct supervision of the Claims staff at all examiner levels.
• May be based in Scottsdale office or remote for the right candidate.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and performance reviews.
• Perform file reviews and audits to ensure best practices.
• Control department expenses and drive positive financial results.
• Lead technology-driven initiatives using data to measure performance and reserving.
