Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Remote Operations Dispatch Coordinator in Lexington, KY. You will accurately route and assign claims, tasks and related requests within the claims management system, supporting temporary housing colleagues with timely workflow distribution.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Expect a Monday-Friday schedule with EST hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of clerical, administrative, dispatch or property claims management experience or equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and assigns new claims, tasks and requests into the claims management system.
• Enters and reviews claims data into the system for accuracy.
• Reviews data to determine assignment, urgency and next steps.
• Makes outbound calls to carriers, adjusters or internal partners for information.
• Assigns claims considering workload, service expectations and priority level.
• Supports hotel and housing coordinators with accurate information during setup and assignment.
• Uses multiple platforms to review, route and adjust claim assignments.
• Escalates urgent issues or discrepancies to leadership as appropriate.
