Job summary

MEM Insurance is seeking a Claims Care Advocate to provide essential administrative and workflow support within our Claims Department. You will serve as a key contact for policyholders and external partners, ensuring smooth claims processing and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include managing records, coordinating requests, and assisting adjusters while collaborating with Claims Operations, Subrogation, and Nurse Case Management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and workflow support across Claims Operations and related teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone, email, fax, chat, and portals.
• Manage and process requests for claim-related documentation from third-party vendors.
• Index and maintain claim files for regulatory compliance and efficient review.
• Support claim intake activities and document initial compensability considerations.
