Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, or program development with a focus on equity.
• Analytical ability to advise on complex civil rights issues in healthcare settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diplomacy for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve civil rights complaints with guidance to leadership.
• Track and report civil rights and language access metrics for enterprise insights.
• Coordinate collection of patient demographics for regulatory reporting.
