Job summary

AECOM in the United States seeks a remote Technical Solutions Civil Manager to advise clients and project teams, modernize data workflows, and lead digital delivery across Autodesk and Bentley platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or eight (8) years in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Professional Engineer or Architect license.
• Twelve (12) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and complete civil/site design for roads, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration projects.
• Prepare earthwork calculations, surface models, and QTOs; build accurate existing-condition surfaces using LiDAR, DEMs, survey data, and breaklines.
• Manage coordinate systems, data transformations, and lifecycle data management for survey and client datasets.
• Coordinate model/data exchange with internal teams and external consultants.
• Create and manage 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools; perform clash detection and ensure LOD/COBie compliance.
• Develop, update, and enforce BIM/CAD standards; conduct QA/QC reviews; provide training and guidance.
• Deliver client consulting, workflow analysis, and adoption support for ACC, iTwin, and related platforms.
