Job summary

AECOM seeks a remote Technical Solutions Civil Manager to guide data workflows and digital delivery for major infrastructure projects. You will lead BIM/CAD standards, model development, and client engagements across Autodesk and Bentley ecosystems.

With 12+ years in AEC and licensure preferred, you will mentor teams, produce labor estimates, and shape technical proposals while collaborating with internal product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or eight years in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or equivalent experience.
• Twelve years of experience preferred and professional licensure (PE/Architect).
• Proficient in Civil/ BIM software and digital delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and complete civil/site design for roads and utilities.
• Lead BIM/CAD standards and QA/QC across Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
• Deliver client consulting and workflow analysis for ACC, iTwin, and related platforms.
• Mentor teams, prepare labor estimates, and assist in proposal materials.
• Coordinate data exchange, clash detection, and 3D federated models.
