Sophos is seeking a CISO Advantage Field Specialist to serve as the key expert for MSP partners, driving knowledge transfer, onboarding playbooks, and end-user training. The role emphasizes deep cybersecurity experience and ability to influence partners and customers with practical AI-enabled security insights.

The position supports remote-first operations with potential for hybrid work and requires authorization to work in the posting jurisdiction.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting end-user training, onboarding, or adoption programmes, either directly or through channel partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate effectively across technical, commercial, and customer-facing contexts.
• You actively use AI tools in day-to-day work and bring practical knowledge of applying AI to security, enablement, and customer success.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary field resource for CISO Advantage MSP partners in the region.
• Develop onboarding and delivery playbooks for consistent CISO Advantage deployments.
• Support end-user training and onboarding experiences for MSP partners’ customers.
• Provide regional feedback to product teams on adoption blockers, features, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align enablement with priorities.
