Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Security Architecture, or similar
• Experience supporting MSSP sales or managed security service development
• Strong knowledge of MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, cloud security
• Deep understanding of MSSP business/technical models and repeatable services

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Solutions Engineer for the MSSP program and partner opportunities
• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, demos, and proofs of value with MSSP partners
• Help partners design and scale managed security services using Sophos Fusion and related products
• Advise on service architecture, integrations, automation, and repeatable delivery
• Act as global subject matter expert for Sophos AI security solutions
• Lead demonstrations, labs, and proofs of value for AI security buyers
• Create reusable assets, enablement materials, and field-ready best practices
• Mentor sales engineers and partner engineers across regions
