Job summary

Sophos Plc in the United States seeks a CISO Advantage Field Specialist to guide MSP partners with deep cyber expertise and strategic insight. You will translate complex security concepts into practical enablement programs and drive adoption of Sophos products.

The role emphasizes regional advisory work, end-to-end training, and regional feedback to product teams. Remote-first work with some hybrid requirements, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role, including advisory or field work.
• Proven ability to support end-user training, onboarding, or adoption through channel partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical, commercial, and customer-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field resource for MSP partners in your region, providing product knowledge and positioning support.
• Develop onboarding and delivery playbooks to enable consistent CISO Advantage deployments across customers.
• Lead end-user adoption training with MSP partners to ensure confident platform usage from day one.
• Provide structured regional feedback reports on adoption blockers, features, competitive intelligence, and MSP delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on enablement initiatives and localization needs.
