Job summary

Sophos Plc is seeking a CISO Advantage Field Specialist to act as the key expert for MSP partners, delivering product knowledge, training, and regional feedback to strengthen adoption of Sophos CISO Advantage.

The role emphasizes end‑user training, structured onboarding playbooks, and collaboration with regional sales and product teams to align enablement with strategic priorities. Remote‑first with possible hybrid work, work authorization required where posted.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a cybersecurity‑related role (pre‑sales, partner success, channel enablement, security consulting, or vendor field roles).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across technical, commercial, and customer‑facing contexts.
• Active use of AI tools in day‑to‑day work and a curiosity for applying AI to security, enablement, and customer success.
• Remote‑first culture with potential for hybrid arrangements and requirement for work authorization where posted.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the primary field expert for CISO Advantage MSP partners, providing product knowledge, positioning support, and customer guidance.
• Submit regular regional feedback reports on adoption blockers, requested features, competitive intelligence, and MSP delivery challenges.
• Help partners develop onboarding and delivery playbooks for consistent CISO Advantage deployments.
• Support end‑user training and onboarding experiences for MSP partners and their customers.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align enablement activities with priorities and product updates.
