Job summary

Sophos is seeking a CISO Advantage Field Specialist to be the primary field expert for MSP partners, driving product knowledge, adoption, and successful deployments of CISO Advantage across regions. You will collaborate with regional sales, channel, and product teams to align messaging and enablement strategies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of cybersecurity-related experience in technical pre-sales, partner success, channel enablement, or vendor-side field roles.
• Experience delivering end-user training or onboarding programmes, directly or via partners.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance security outcomes and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field expert for MSP partners needing product knowledge and positioning support.
• Help partners develop onboarding and delivery playbooks to deploy CISO Advantage across customers.
• Support end-user training and onboarding experiences to ensure platform adoption from day one.
• Collaborate with regional sales, channel, product marketing, and product teams on messaging and localization.
