ManpowerGroup seeks a Cisco Support Engineer to join its Licensing Infrastructure & Operations team. This remote US role focuses on advanced L2 support for Cisco Smart Licensing, Smart Accounts, and CSSMPro, with testing and incident management across licensing platforms.

The candidate will drive test lifecycle activities, troubleshoot registration and compliance issues, and collaborate with network teams to ensure deployments align with licensing strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Smart Licensing, Smart Accounts, CSSMPro.
• Proven L2 support and escalation handling for licensing or network environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewall, proxy).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced L2 technical support for Cisco licensing platforms and ensure release readiness through end-to-end testing.
• Lead incident management for licensing and related networks, including RCA and defect triage.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to align licensing with deployments and drive analytics and dashboards.
