Job summary

Talentify in Reston, VA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide end-to-end Tier 1–3 support for licensing, software, devices, and networking in a secure onsite environment.

You will track tickets in JIRA with ServiceNow/Salesforce as backups, ensure cradle-to-grave resolution, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in ongoing professional development. A bachelor's degree and ~5 years of relevant experience (military experience valued) preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience preferred, including military experience aligned with technical support or networking.
• Experience providing Tier 1–3 technical support with strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support with a 60/30/10 workload split.
• Manage licensing, software, and networking issues in a secure onsite environment.
• Track and document tickets in JIRA; use ServiceNow or similar back-ups for reporting.
