Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through its Experis division, is seeking a Senior Security Consulting Engineer to join the Security Professional Services team. The role focuses on leading Cisco Security projects, including ISE/MAB deployments, and delivering end-to-end solutions for high-profile clients in a 100% remote US-based context.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a Cisco ISE SME, strong Cisco firewall expertise, and experience with Java-based automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Cisco ISE (Version3+), including hardware/virtual platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in Cisco Secure Firewall / ASA security technologies.
• Proven experience with automation frameworks, Cisco APIs, and Java programming.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and infrastructure applications.
• Required certifications: CCNA and CCNP Security.
• Preferred: CCIE Security, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT5, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery engagements and/or provide escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues using deep technical expertise.
• Own full lifecycle delivery—advisory, integration, and managed services—by running project workshops and training sessions.
• Drive Cisco ISE deployments with a focus on MAB integration, including planning, design, policy definition, and validation.
• Define complex authentication/authorization policies and integrate ISE with external applications via OpenAPI.
• Apply DevOps methodologies and Java programming to support automation and enhance solutions.
