Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN or BSN with active state license.
• Minimum 2 years in clinic, Med/Surg, case management, or home health.
• Proficient EMR use and HIPAA compliant workflows.

Responsibilities

• Complete due diligence on all assigned patients.
