Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and maintain Chlor-Alkali accounts across North America. You will manage key customer relationships, forecast volumes, and work with Sales and Marketing on new opportunities.

The role requires travel and the ability to operate with limited supervision. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and at least two years of chemicals sales experience, with strong communication skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, technical field or equivalent; 2+ years chemicals or related sales experience.
Able to travel by car and air; clean driving record.
Knowledge of Chlor-Alkali or chemicals markets and market drivers.
Excellent oral and written communication; capable of delivering presentations.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, SAP and related tools.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned domestic Chlor-Alkali accounts and drive sales growth.
Develop relationships with key purchasing and production contacts at customer sites.
Forecast sales volumes for customers using forecast software (30/60/90 days).
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify new opportunities and projects.
Support process improvements and cross-functional projects within the department.
